Each standard Cloud Desktop installation includes
- The latest software systems.
- Access to a Microsoft Exchange Mailbox with web and mobile access.
- Access to a dedicated Microsoft Windows domain controller.
- Storage and server resources which are adapted to service your business needs.
- Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus software protection.
- On demand access to the full Windows desktop package that can be easily installed on any PC, notebook or laptop.
Our approach
- A consultation with your business to determine your specific needs, scale and scope.
- We will assign a dedicated technical account manager to assist in all implementation, design and any ongoing management issues.
- Scope IT Solutions will configure your virtual desktop environment.
We will also monitor your server and threshold alerts, sending information via email so you are aware of any issues and receive updates in real time.
All Cloud Desktops come with backup systems so you are able to store all data and save all settings, including a complete user profile. We also provide and install a full maintenance and support package.
Information will be held for a number of weeks at a remote datacenter with up to seven years retention options available.
